Is Medisfera a perpetual licence or a subscription?
Medisfera is sold as a perpetual licence. You pay once and the software is yours forever. The annual maintenance plan (updates, technical support) is optional but recommended for production environments.
Are there additional costs per user or per study stored?
No. Medisfera pricing does not depend on the number of concurrent users or the volume of studies stored. You store as many studies as your disk infrastructure supports, with no additional costs.
What does technical support include?
The annual maintenance plan includes: software updates (new releases, security patches), technical support via email and video call (CET business hours), access to the technical documentation repository, and priority incident resolution.
Are there implementation costs?
Medisfera can be installed without professional services from our side, using the available technical documentation. For facilities that prefer assisted deployment, we offer implementation and data migration services at a fixed price agreed before the project starts.
